My property transactions both as a seller and buyer with Wilson has been extremely positive. He is very conscientious and proactive and find him to be knowledgeable. Wilson was well versed in the sale process and as such, able to explain to us in detail what to expect for the sale of our property. He was attentive to our needs and maintained a clear line of communications with us throughout the sale process. What impressed us most was how he managed the various potential buyers and how he finally managed to secure a buyer that bought our property as a quantum that was higher than we expected. He is a people person with high EQ who managed to ensure that at the end of the transaction, both sellers and buyers are happy. Highly recommended.

Definitely 5 star for Wilson! Wilson came as a recommendation as a trusted and reliable agent when I was selling my unit. These are valuable traits that one would want to have in an agent especially when there are so many agents out there offering their service. I was selling my unit amidst Covid-19 time and I was really worried if this would affect the viewing and sale. However, the challenging time did not deter Wilson from demonstrating his professionalism. Wilson is prompt in following up and responsive to all my queries. He is also proactive in suggesting various solutions explaining and comparing different outcomes so that I understand the process. This is especially important to a first-time seller like myself. He provided constant and clear communication throughout his service and made the experience a seamless and stress-free one. Definitely will recommend him to my family and friends. :)
